Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
All original tags must be attached
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you clear instructions and a return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@lamiw.com so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
Custom or personalized items
Personal care and beauty products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
