Tracking Your Order

Shipping Issues and Delays

LAMIW is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
